Football Countries Dominate Early

Two-time defending world champion Japan and 2003 bronze medal-winning Germany posted decisive victories in the opening games of the 2007 IFAF World Cup. The Japanese jumped out early against France, never looking back in a 48-0 rout in the tournament's opening game. Likewise, Germany dispatched of South Korea with ease, cruising to a 32-2 victory. France will try to rebound tomorrow against favored Sweden, while the United States will make its much anticipated debut against South Korea later in the day.
